Founder and Managing Director
Volker Voigt began his career at Arthur D. Little, one of the world's most respected management consulting firms, where he led restructuring and business transformation Programs across multiple industries and geographies. Running these engagements gave him a front row seat to a problem that kept repeating itself. Consulting firms were delivering strong strategies but struggling to make them stick. The tools available were either too generic to be useful or too complex for Program teams to adopt quickly. Neither worked.
In 2000, Volker co-founded Cataligent with a clear purpose. He wanted to build the execution platform that transformation Programs actually needed. For 25 years CAT4 has been trusted by over 250 large enterprises and deployed by some of the world's leading consulting and restructuring firms. Volker continues to write and speak on Program management and strategy execution and remains closely involved in how CAT4 evolves.
